Session Description
We’ve all experienced learning experiences that were forgetful. Often this happens because they are boring, they lack creativity, but mostly because they aren’t designed for us as adults. In this presentation, we will talk about constructs of engagement, adult learning principles and design considerations to help you create learning experiences that stick. We will walk through examples of before and after, discuss curriculum techniques and learning technologies you may want to use in creating your next learning experience. Finally, we will discuss evaluation questions you may want to ask to get better data about your learning experiences.
