Job Task Analysis (JTA): The Key to designing an effective curriculum
When faced with the challenge of designing a curriculum that would touch hundreds of courses and the associated skills required to operate thousands of server installations, Oracle (formerly Sun Microsystems) turned to Job Task Analysis (JTA) to identify and prioritize the key skills needed by their customer audience of learners. Collecting data via a job task analysis (JTA) provides information essential for effective curriculum and training design. This webinar will discuss how Oracle created, deployed, analyzed and implemented the information from this JTA data gathering initiative. This presentation will share the approach, high level findings and some tips for those wanting to complete a JTA.
