Creating Clever Courses to Raise Retention


Event Description: 

"What’s the difference between a villain and a supervillain? Presentation!” The same goes for training. In this session, we will explore how to apply the latest neuroscience in learning development and to make training fun, memorable and effective.

Presenter:

Aly is an eLearning Developer at Hitachi Vantara. She dabbles in instructional design, content development, technical editing, video production, as well as audio editing. Her credits include her degree in English Literature and Language from Cal Poly Pomona; certifications in virtual instructional design, accessible training design, and text message course design; as well as presenting instructional design sessions at DevLearn. Aly focuses on creating memorable, accessible training rooted in science and sprinkled with silliness.
