Lessons Learned: Surviving and Thriving in Transformation and Reorganization

Change is constant and it seems transformation is the new norm. Cost cutting is a concern at the slightest downturn in business or the economy and  “training” is an easy and inevitable target. The impact of COVID-19 will be felt on the economy and businesses potentially for many years. So what can we do to proactively strengthen our position within the company as individuals and as a learning organization? And if reorganization is inevitable, what can we do to minimize the impact of changes on ourselves and the learning organization? And how do we recover from reorganization? During this session, I will share my experience with these challenges and my perspective on personal, professional and organizational resilience surviving and thriving in transformation. Sometimes it feels like we are just trying to hold on. But if we have a strategy we can play to win.

ATD Capabilities covered in session:

  • Future Readiness
  • Change Management
  • Career and Leadership Development
  • Collaboration and Leadership
  • Business Insight
  • Emotional Intelligence and Decision Making
