Learn how to apply emotional intelligence (EI) skills in the learning and development environment.  Leveraging the framework provided in June's Joint Meeting with CSSHRM: Emotional Intelligence, this presentation will provide a practical approach to using EI in the workplace.  Specifically, after this event you will be able to:

  • Use EI to create a positive learning experience
  • Identify EI opportunities within your organization
  • Create your own EI strategy to improve relationships
  • Execute or recommend techniques for self-management of emotions
  • Provide leadership development plans to include elements of EI
