Prior to DU, Greg was founder & CEO of The Laughing Leader, a leadership development company that helps leaders become happier and more productive in work…and in life. Greg specializes in assessing, addressing and resolving workplace issues.
Greg was also a graduate school professor at the University of Denver for fourteen years and taught leadership and team development courses and presentation skills. He is the author of three books on Creating Authenticity, including his latest, Mondays At 3: A Story for Managers Learning to Lead. Mondays At 3 recently won the bronze medal for best business fable.
